ADR Chambers Banking Ombuds Office

ADR Chambers Banking Ombuds Office (ADRBO) reviews decisions of the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Ombudsman, the National Bank of Canada (NBC) Ombudsman, and the TD Bank Group (TDO) Ombudsman when customers are not satisfied with the Ombudsman process outcome. An independent ADR Chambers Investigator can advise customers if they have been treated fairly. When a complaint requires a full investigation, an investigation will be conducted and the Investigator may make non-binding recommendations.
