The fee for a Final Offer Selection arbitration with an oral hearing is $7,000 plus HST per party (or $4,000 plus HST per party for a No Reasons Award). The fee for a Final Offer Selection arbitration In Writing Only is $3,000 plus HST per party (or $2,000 plus HST per party for a No Reasons Award).
The fee for a No-Reasons Expedited Arbitration with an oral hearing is $4,000 plus HST per party and the fee for a No-Reasons Expedited Arbitration In Writing Only is $2,000 plus HST per party. A No Reasons Award is only permitted if the parties have agreed to a Final Offer Selection arbitration.
These fees cover the full cost of the Expedited Arbitration Process, inclusive of arbitrator fees and applicable room rental fees at 2001 Sheppard Avenue East, Suite 200, Toronto, Ontario. The parties will be responsible to pay the additional cost of room rental fees if the hearing is held at a different location.
