Paul Wesley is a mediator and investigator with ADR Chambers.
Paul brings over 28 years of experience in the education sector and has provided mediation and ADR training for various school boards, universities and public sector unions across Ontario. Paul has also conducted workplace investigations in both unionized and non-unionized settings involving a variety of allegations.
Before joining ADR Chambers, Paul was a mediator in various court settings including criminal court restorative justice, family court and small claims mediation. Prior to that, he served on the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General’s Mandatory Mediation Roster and was also a roster mediator with the Ontario Ministry of Health.
Paul has conducted workplace investigations in Toronto in both the public and private sectors involving investigating allegations of workplace harassment, toxic work environments, sexual harassment, policy violations, and employee misconduct.
Paul is based in Toronto and is a Chartered Mediator (C. Med.) certified by the ADR Institute of Canada. He is available to conduct mediations and investigations in person, by video conference and teleconference.
