Anne McGrath

Anne is a mediator and arbitrator with ADR Chambers and specializes in mediating cases which have an overlap of family law and estate issues.

Anne has over 25 years’ experience as a neutral in family law, estates and elder care. She has expertise in all areas of family law including divorce, separation, child and spousal support, property division, custody and access and marriage contracts. Anne also has extensive expertise in wills, estates and guardianship law.  She has mediated elder care issues including medical and personal care issues, dementia and disabilities.

Anne completed mediation training in 1996 and arbitration training with the ADR Institute of Ontario. She has worked in private practice and in government, including positions as in-house counsel for the Children’s Aid Society, and the Office of the Children’s Lawyer, Ministry of the Attorney General.

Anne earned a B.A. in Sociology and her LL.B. from Western University. She was called to the Bar in 1989.
