Anne is a mediator with ADR Chambers.
Anne has over 25 years’ experience as a neutral in family law, estates, elder care and sports disputes. She has expertise in all areas of family law including divorce, separation, child and spousal support, property division, custody and access and marriage contracts. Anne also has extensive expertise in wills, estates and guardianship law. She has mediated elder care issues including medical and personal care issues, dementia and disabilities. Anne is a mediator with the Sports Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada providing mediation services to Canadian athletes at the national level.
Anne completed mediation training in 1996 with the ADR Institute of Ontario. She has worked in private practice and in government, including positions as in-house counsel for the Children’s Aid Society, and the Office of the Children’s Lawyer, Ministry of the Attorney General.
Anne earned a B.A. in Sociology and her LL.B. from Western University. She was called to the Bar in 1989.
Anne is available to conduct mediations in-person, by video conference and teleconference.
