Jason Stitt

Jason Stitt is a Toronto-based mediator, facilitator and trainer with ADR Chambers.

Jason is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto Law School teaching Negotiation. He provides Alternative Dispute Resolution, negotiation and coaching training to organizations and the public throughout Canada, the Caribbean and the United States. Jason has provided training for government, private companies, unions, and the military.

Jason has experience mediating insurance, employment and sports disputes. He has also worked for various NHL teams and for the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team assisting them to prepare for salary arbitrations. This work included helping with the negotiations between the players and the teams, and drafting briefs with arguments for the arbitrations.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Sports Management degree at Brock University and then graduated with a juris doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law where he studied negotiation and conflict resolution. Jason is a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario and the Ontario Bar, and is a member of Mensa.
