Jennifer Wright is a Toronto-based mediator, investigator, facilitator and trainer with ADR Chambers.
Jennifer’s areas of expertise include family disputes, harassment, human rights, labour relations, workplace and employment disputes. She is an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) trainer with the Stitt Feld Handy Group, the training division of ADR Chambers, teaching negotiation and dispute resolution courses to the public and private sectors.
As a Conflict Resolution Consultant with a world-renowned children’s hospital, Jennifer provided coaching to employees, handled complaints and executed investigation plans. She also worked in the legal department of a school board advising senior staff on matters relating to education, child protection, contract law and civil law. For ten years Jennifer worked in the human resources management field with international hospitality and travel companies and managed organizational changes at all levels. She has extensive experience in managing the workforce impact of mergers and acquisitions.
Jennifer earned her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, and her B.A. (with Distinction) in Social Sciences at the University of Toronto where she studied Criminology. She is an Accredited Family Mediator (AccFM) with the Ontario Association for Family Mediation and a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with the Human Resources Professionals Association.
