Kileen Dagg Centurione is a mediator, coach and facilitator with ADR Chambers.
Kileen has expertise in workplace, commercial, sports, and education disputes. Her expertise in the field of dispute resolution developed over the past 20 years during her career as a lawyer, ombudsman, mediator, law professor, facilitator, coach and trainer. Kileen has served clients in various industries such as: private companies, academic institutions, health organizations, municipal, provincial and federal levels of government, athletes and sport organizations, and the Ontario courts. Kileen is a mediator for the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC).
Kileen has practiced as an Ombudsman in the public sector since 2012 and completed her Ombudsman certification through the International Ombudsman Association in 2013. Kileen is an Investigator for the ADR Chambers Banking Ombuds and Municipal Ombuds Offices.
Kileen completed a Bachelor of Arts in Canadian Studies (Politics and History) from the University of Guelph, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor, as well as a Master of Laws in ADR from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University). Kileen earned her Call to the Ontario Bar in 2001. She is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and the ADR Institute of Canada.
Kileen works out of the Toronto office of ADR Chambers and conducts mediations, workplace assessments, restorations and facilitations throughout southern Ontario and the GTA.
