Paul Wesley is a mediator and investigator with ADR Chambers.
Paul brings over 20 years of experience in health and education with emphasis on disputes involving harassment, discrimination, human rights, labour relations and workplace disputes.
Paul is the Chair of Mediation Services with the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation, providing mediation and ADR training for school boards and unions across Ontario. He is a mediator with the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care mediating disputes among various agencies associated with Local Integration Health Networks (LHIN) across Ontario. These mediations include medical service providers, case managers and Community Care clients, involving time-sensitive and critical health care issues. Paul has mediated with Small Claims court in Toronto and with College Park Courthouse criminal division mediating with first time offenders and victims. Paul also mediated at Family Court over custody and support payment disputes and has extensive experience in human rights mediation, including training with the Ontario Human Rights Commission.
Paul is a Chartered Mediator (C.Med.), certified by the ADR Institute of Canada. He has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Toronto (OISE) in human rights, a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and sociology from Carleton University and is an Ontario Certified Teacher.
