Richard is a mediator and arbitrator with ADR Chambers.
Richard served part-time, from 2006 to 2018, as a Vice-Chair with the License Appeal Tribunal for Ontario, conducting hearings and arbitrations.
Richard has also been a civil litigator for over 30 years and has experience in commercial, shareholder, contract, tort, employment, real estate, commercial lease, libel and slander, condominium, personal injury, insurance and environmental disputes. He has handled significant government litigation involving administrative and constitutional law.
Richard has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation as a “Litigation Star” by Best Lawyers Canada in Administrative and Public Law, and the Law Society of Ontario as a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation. Richard is also an active volunteer with the The Advocates’ Society, the Casa Loma Residents Association and the Briars Golf Club.
Richard is available to conduct mediations and arbitrations in person, by video conference or teleconference.
