Rosanne Fitzgerald is a Toronto-based mediator, workplace consultant and conflicts coach with ADR Chambers.
Rosanne has mediated employment and workplace disputes in the public sector and in unionized environments. She has designed workplace restoration interventions, leadership development workshops, and negotiation and dispute resolution workshops.
Rosanne spent many years with the Canadian Government as an internal organization development specialist, focusing on organizational development, training and strategic human resources. She taught business administration and management at The Business School at Humber College. While at Humber, Rosanne was an employment advisor at the Career Centre, helping students connect with potential employers and assisting with employment preparation.
Roseanne has a Masters of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. Her focus was adult education specializing in workplace learning and change. She is a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario and a graduate of the Stitt Feld Handy Group ADR workshops.
