Tanya Goldberg is Manager –ADRServices at ADR Chambers Inc. She received an LL.B. and a B.C.L. from McGill University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995. Previously a Partner at one of Canada’s largest law firms, she has extensive litigation experience.
In private practice, she litigated a diverse caseload of claims including commercial, employment, intellectual property, professional misconduct, malpractice, privacy and class actions. She also spoke at professional and client events on subjects such as risk management, class actions and privacy.
Ms. Goldberg has assisted judges at the Ontario Court of Appeal with a variety of tasks, including hearing preparation, research, and editing decisions. She has also provided writing support to members of the Discipline Committee at the Ontario College of Teachers.
At ADR Chambers, Ms. Goldberg manages the Arbitration and Integrity Commissioner Services programs. She provides support to over 40 panel members with drafting minutes and procedural orders and reviewing draft awards and decisions. She also supports the provision of integrity commissioner services to over 20 Ontario municipalities and school boards.
